Access to and use of this Web Site ("the Site") and the sale and purchase of products from the Site are governed by the terms and conditions of use and the terms and conditions of business (together "terms and conditions") set out below.
By using the Site you agree to accept these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.
1: Material You Provide To Us.
If you send ideas, remarks, questions, data, graphics or the like ("the Submissions") to the Site, these will be deemed to be non-confidential and we will be entitled to use or disclose the Submissions in any manner whatsoever, without liability or notice to you. The Submissions or any other information you send to the Site should not be, or contain, material which is offensive, pornographic, defamatory, blasphemous, unlawful or likely to infringe any applicable law, whether civil, criminal or religious. You agree that all material submitted to us is original to you, and not copied in whole or part from any third party. Please do not send anything that is required to be kept confidential.
2: Linked Sites.
We are not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Site nor have we reviewed any such site. If you link to any off-site pages or other sites without our prior written permission, such
action will be at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for the contents of any web site which is electronically linked to the Site and which is not maintained by us.
3: Copyright and Trademarks.
3.1 All Site design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this Site are the copyright of Premium Thai Produce Ltd, and its affiliates or their content and technology providers. 3.2 Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order with us or using the Site as a shopping resource. Any other use of materials on this Site, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication, without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
3.3 All brand names, product names and titles used in the Site are trademarks or trade names of their respective holders. No permission is given in respect of the use of any of these names or titles and moreover any such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.

At www.raanthai.co.uk we are committed to protecting your privacy and we comply with the Data Protection Laws applicable to the UK. We use the information collected from you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS.
1: Sale and Purchase.
We will sell and you will purchase products subject to our terms and conditions of business set out below. The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us in accordance with these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not constitute acceptance of an order.
2: Availability.
Where we accept an order, we do all that we can to ensure that your order is fulfilled; products are, however, subject to availability and market conditions, and we do not always know if a product is or will be available at the time of accepting an order. If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered, we will inform you of this and we will remove it from your order so that you are not charged or, if you have paid already, we will refund you the price. We will, however, bear no liability for unavailability of products.
3: Price.
3.1 All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise specified.
3.2 All item prices are exclusive of delivery, unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges are set out in the Delivery section of the Site.
3.3 Prices are correct at the time of order and relate to Internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply an individual or other organization.
4: Payment.
Payment must be made in selected currencies only by major credit or debit cards as listed on the site.
5: Passing of Property.
The title of the goods does not pass to the customer until the full payment has been made by the customer, received by us and the goods delivered.
6: Passing of Risk.
The risk in the products will pass to the customer on delivery, as set out in paragraph 7.3 below. The risk in this context is taken to mean any damage or cost arising as a result of the purchased products to either the purchaser, the purchaser's property or to any other third party or property.
7: Delivery.
7.1 Any date or time period for delivery will be considered as indicative only and does not form any part of a guarantee. The customer will be informed of any products not available at the time of their order and will be
sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for losses or inconveniences caused as a result of delays in deliveries by us or our suppliers.
7.2 All products are sent by courier of our choice. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Deliveries will only be made to the address of the person who is the holder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the products.
7.3 On delivery of the goods the purchaser of the goods becomes responsible for any losses or damages arising as a result of their use however they may arise.
8: Acceptance.
You will inspect any products within 24 hours of receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless, during the period which commences on the day the contract between us comes into existence and ends on the expiry of seven working days beginning on the day after delivery of the products, you notify us, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 9 below, that the products are rejected or that you wish to cancel. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any rejection of cancellation at a later date. Any shortages or breakages MUST be reported within 24 hours. The packing of all orders is recorded by CCTV. Reports of breakage must be accompanied by photographs, emailed to enquiries@raanthai.co.uk. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
9: Right to Cancel.
You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time during the period which commences on the day the contract comes into existence and ends on the expiry of seven working days beginning on the day after the date of delivery of the products. This right to cancel does not apply in the case of perishable goods, i.e., fresh or frozen produce.
10: Returns Procedure.
10.1 If products are to be rejected or your order is to be cancelled pursuant to paragraphs 8 or 9 above, you will comply with the returns procedure as set out in this paragraph 10. In such circumstances we will accept any returned products should the return be complete and with a valid proof of purchase and in the case of an order which you wish to cancel, should the return be in a re-saleable condition.
10.2 You can contact us in person or by post, facsimile, telephone, or email at the address or number (as the case may be), set out in the Contact Us section of this site, with details of your original order number and receipt. Your credit or debit card will then be debited with the cost of the return delivery charge, that being GBP 8.95 per 30kg or part thereof, plus applicable surcharges for returns originating from non-mainland UK areas.
10.3 Alternatively you can return your purchase to us via your local Post Office. If you decide to use your local Post Office, please ensure the Post Office provides you with a proof of posting.
10.4 You will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the delivery charge referred to in paragraph 3.2 above which will be credited to your credit/debit card. Faulty or damaged products must be returned before the refund can be issued.
10.5 When the return arrives back at our office it will be assessed and should it be concluded that the products are faulty, the return delivery charge will be credited back to you.
11: General.
11.1 Please note that our products and promotions are available EU-wide.
11.2 If any part or parts of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, then that part or those parts will be considered severable from these terms and conditions thereby not preventing the remainder from being enforceable or effective.
11.3 These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are, therefore, advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms and conditions as revisions are binding upon you.
11.4 Nothing in these and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or miss-described goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
12: Governing Law.
Your use of this Site and any purchase by you on this Site of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom.
