Ordering (การสั่งซื้อสินค้า)
The minimum order value is £30.00.
ยอดการสั่งต่ำสุดคือ £30.00.
Occasionally, items ordered become suddenly unavailable. When this occurs, we may either omit one or two items from the consignment, or substitute similar items of equal or higher quality at equal or lower price. No card transactions are processed until orders are dispatched, and we will automatically reduce your transaction amount if any goods are not sent or any cheaper products are substituted. We will never charge for more expensive items or increase your final payment amount without consulting you. If a large proportion of your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email or telephone.
บางครั้งสินค้าทีท่านสั่งหมดสต็อก ในกรณีนี้ทางร้านจะยกเลิกสินค้าตัวดังกล่าว หรือบางกรณีทางเราจะทำการแพ็คสินค้าตัวอื่น ซึ่งเป็นสินค้าชนิดเดียวกัน แต่คนละยี่ห้อไปให้ ราคาอาจจะเท่ากันหรือถูกกว่านั้น ทากร้านมิได้ทำการเก็บเงินลูกค้าล่วงหน้าแต่อย่างใด จะดำเนินการก็ต่อเมื่อสินค้าได้ทำการแพ็คและส่งออกไปเรียบร้อยแล้วเท่านั้น ซึ่งจะคิดเงินตามความเป็นจริงที่สินค้าได้ออกไป ในกรณีที่ท่านออเดอร์และสินค้าส่วนฬหญ่ทางร้านไม่มี ณ ขณะนั้น ทางเราจะทำการติดต่อท่านทาง email หรือทางโทรศัพท์
Package contents must be examined immediately after receipt, and any shortages or breakages MUST be reported within 24 hours. The packing of all orders is recorded by CCTV. Reports of breakage must be accompanied by photographs, emailed to enquiries@raanthai.co.uk
หลังจากที่ท่านได้รับกล่องสินค้าจะต้องมีการตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยในทันทีที่รับสินค้า หากสินค้าไม่ครบหรือมีการแตกหัก เสียหายจะต้องแจ้งกับทางร้านภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ขอแจ้งว่าในการบรรจุสินค้าทุกชิ้นจากทางเราได้มีการบันทึกภาพ โดยกล้องวีดีโอวงจรปิดทุกครั้ง ดังนั้นในการแจ้งความเสียหายจะต้องมีการถ่ายรูปสินค้าแนบอีเมล์แจ้งแก่ทางเราทุกครั้ง โดยเมล์มาที่ enquiries@raanthai.co.uk
Delivery to UK (การจัดส่งในสหราชอาณาจักร)
We offer Weekday, or Saturday Delivery to the whole UK. Packages are dispatched on the Parcelforce 24 or 48 - hour services. เราจัดส่งสินค้าให้ท่านทุกวันทำการหรือแม้กระทั่งระบบส่งพิเศษในวันเสาร์ทั่วทั้งยูเค สินค้าจะส่งโดยบริการของพาเซลฟอร์สในแบบ 24 หรือ 48 ชั่วโมง
Orders received before 11am on Monday to Thursday will generally be dispatched the same day (if all/most items are available).

Orders received after 11am on Monday to Wednesday will generally be dispatched the next day (if all/most items are available).
ออเดอร์หลังเวลา 11.00 น. ในวันจันทร์ – พุธ สินค้าจะทำการแพ็คและส่งในวันรุ่งขึ้น (ในกรณีที่สินค้าส่วนใหญ่ครบ)
Orders received between 11am Thursday and 11am Monday will generally be dispatched on Monday, unless the order contains no fresh or frozen products or Saturday Delivery has been selected. In either of these cases, dispatch will generally be on Friday, for Tuesday or Saturday delivery respectively.
หากออเดอร์ระหว่างเวลา 11.00 น. ของวันพฤหัสบดี จนกระทั้ง 11.00 น. วันจันทร์ สินค้าจะทำการแพ็คและส่งในวันจันทร์ ยกเว้นในกรณีที่ออเดอร์ของท่านไม่มีสินค้าประเภทของสดและสินค้าแช่แข็ง หรือท่านออเดอร์ให้ขนส่งพิเศษวันเสาร์ ในกรณีนี้ทางร้านจะทำการจัดส่งในวันศุกร์และเสาร์ เพื่อที่ลูกค้าจะได้รับสินค้าในวันอังคาร หรือการจัดส่งพิเศษวันเสาร์
If, for any reason, there will be a delay of more than two days in the sending of your order, we will contact you by email to advise you of the reason for the delay and the expected day of dispatch.

Delivery by Parcelforce will take place at any time between 08:00 and 18:00, and we unfortunately have no control over delivery time.

Delivery charges are calculated when you checkout and are based upon your location. All charges are based on a maximum package weight of 30kg. A basket of goods amounting to more than 30kg will be treated as two or more separate packages, and the delivery charge will be multiplied accordingly.
